Place this small crash mat in front of skill shapes and trainers and enjoy maximum shock absorption, helping gymnasts or cheerleaders stick the landing or work through new skills without fear of a stiff landing surface. The vinyl top mats are easy to clean with our vinyl cleaner or warm water and a gentle disinfectant. The small crash pads are best reserved for lower-impact flips and skills. Medium crash pads offer the same 4 thickness as the small crash mats but double the length, measuring 4×8 when unfolded. Gymnasts in need of thicker gymnastics mats for vault drills, floor tumbling, balance beam training, and bar routines would benefit from large crash pads. Available in 8 or 12 thicknesses, large crash pads offer the most cushion and shock absorption for high-capacity flips, landings, and impact.
