The 300 gram Turbo Jav is ideal for teaching throwing fundamentals to the beginner and accuracy & technique to the more advanced athlete. When thrown correctly, the Turbo Jav will fly as far as a real javelin but reduced length and lighter weight makes it easier to handle and lessens the chance of injury often associated with poor technique.
