Dual bag stand and hanging punching bag are perfect to help with training and fitness. Stand features heavy-duty, powder-coated steel tubing for superior stability. Bag weighs 80 pounds and is made of synthetic leather with reinforced webbing and nylon straps. Dual stand is easy to assemble and enhances cardio, leg conditioning, and hand-eye coordination. Includes stand, 3 weight plate pegs, (plates not included), and an 80-pound bag. Stand holds any boxing bag up to 100 pounds. Bag is filled with a special blend filler mix for shock absorbency and has a double-ended loop for increased functionality. Bag is not recommended for outdoor use.
