Four-way stretch poly/spandex compression shirt pockets. Shirt fabric is machine washable, air dry. Shield is removable and hand washable. Simply remove it from the foil bag to air activate the custom-molding process and wear for 30 minutes until it has completely hardened. Fit the shield once and use all season long.
