Synergee Safety Squat Bar

The Synergee Safety Squat Bar adds stability and comfort to your squat workouts! The padding adds comfort for your neck and shoulders, the cambered position allows for a more upright squat that places less pressure on your lower back. This bar will target your glutes and quads and allow for a greater range of motion and more gains! Our Safety Squat Bar is steel and comes in chrome or black phosphate coating from end to end. The bar is fitted with handles to combat limitations of shoulder mobility. The handles are 14.75 total: 10 inches of smooth handle, then 4.75 of knurl in a 30mm Diameter Handle. The handles are spaced 11.5 inches apart. At either end, the sleeves of the bar provide 11.25 of loadable length. In total, the bar is 86.5 long.
