Heat Packs protect your plants from cold damage. When you need a heat pack(s): If the forecast temperature is below the freezing point anytime during transit from origin to destination, you need a Heat Pack. Heat Packs are free for orders with the product cost >$25, $30, and $35, Respectively when necessary. Please order the Heat Pack together with your plant(s).
